I’m so glad you’re here! Welcome to our little corner of the internet. Being gluten-free can be a struggle, but we don’t have to go through it alone.

A little bit about me…

My name is Gabby! I’ve been diagnosed with celiac disease since 2021 and POTS since 2024.

I started my page because I wanted a place to connect with other gluten-free people, and to use my favorite coping mechanism (humor).

I currently live in Minneapolis, MN with my husband and 3 pets, all named after food (the pets, not the husband).

Outside of discovering new gluten-free restaurants and making silly memes, I love to craft, play video games and go thrifting!
